Practice-Oriented Training

Demanding tasks in the highly regulated aviation industry require you to be familiar with applicable regulations and know how to apply them.

In order to meet these high requirements, we rely on practical training courses that are specifically tailored to the various fields of activity and areas of responsibility. We place particular emphasis on integrating current developments and industry-specific challenges into our training concepts. This ensures that both companies and employees are always as well prepared as possible. Our training portfolio takes into account the latest requirements of EU legislation and EASA, as well as specific requirements for certain operating conditions and aircraft types.

Individually tailored learning

At KaPAirCo, we understand that optimal learning success is achieved by building on existing knowledge and integrating practical examples.

We therefore offer our training courses exclusively in closed groups for individual companies or groups of companies in order to create a confidential and targeted learning environment. Current content from your safety management system can be integrated on request and individual training plans can be created.

We take the methodology of competency-based learning into account and continuously adapt our training courses to the learning success of the individual participants.

As modular additions to our other training courses:

• Part-CAO and Part-ML
• Introduction to European aviation legislation (for newcomers to the industry)
• Auditor Training acc. EN ISO 19011

We offer all courses individually or in combination to ensure comprehensive training.

The training materials are always available in English, and participants receive the training presentation in PDF format. Depending on the requirements of the course participants, the training can be conducted in either German or English.
